With more than four decades in national security, intelligence, technology, and executive leadership, Mr. Combs has shaped mission‑critical capabilities across DoD, the intelligence community, and federal law enforcement. As Chairman & CEO of FGS LLC, he continues to drive innovation in cybersecurity, intelligence support, secure communications, engineering, and enterprise IT.

His career includes senior leadership roles at DIA, EMC (Dell Technologies), SRA International, Intel Security, and CACI International, along with founding Knowledge Matters LLC. A decorated combat veteran and former Army paratrooper, his leadership philosophy is rooted in service, discipline, and empowering high‑performing teams.

This contract encompasses a broad range of work areas that allow for the rapid delivery of innovative capabilities to the warfighter with increased speed and agility.
